• I retain all right(s) to all artwork created including post sell.

• I can decline any commission I do not feel comfortable completing.

• Artwork must only be used by the customer of purchase unless otherwise discussed between myself and the client.

• Artwork must not be sold by client or any other parties and/or claimed as their own.

• Use of artwork for merchandise or other platforms must be discussed prior.

• I am able to display any sold artwork on any of my personal or professional platforms and channels

• Artwork (commissioned or not) is not to be used for any AI or AI training.

• Do not edit or sell any of my art without my permission (commissions, free emotes etc.)

• No refunds after final delivery
